‘Football needs an independent regulator’ | The Pledge

Greg Dyke thinks professional football in England needs a “powerful, independent regulator”.

It’s after Manchester City were banned from the Champions League for two years after breaking UEFA’s financial rules. Greg says this is arguably the “tip of the iceberg”.
