Family and friends of Australian Sean Turnell, who’s being detained in a Myanmar prison, say while they’re relieved to see photos of him, it’s not enough. State media released rare images of the former advisor to deposed leader Aung San Suu Kyi, showing medical checks and a possible vaccination taking place. There have been concerns for his state of health as the jail experiences a COVID-19 outbreak. Yvonne Yong reports.
