Video shows water pouring into a tunnel used by Eurostar trains near Ebbsfleet International station in Kent, southern England.
In the video, published by Southeastern railway, the tunnel under the Thames appears to be flooded, disrupting Eurostar services and Southeastern trains that run on the route, the operator said.
Eurostar, which runs services from London to Paris, Brussels and Amsterdam, apologised to customers for the impact to their travel plans
