Francois HollandeI so badly wanted the Paris accord…You’ll remember it took place in a very particular context after the Nov 13th attacks…all the world’s leaders were there, there was a decision to take. A decision on the future of the planet, the environment and avoiding climate change. The Paris accord is irreversible and that’s what I wanted to indicate very clearly here in Marrakech.
