Emirates Airline flight crash-lands at Dubai airport

All air traffic has been suspended at Dubai’s international airport after a plane travelling from India crash-landed on the runway.

The aircraft has been evacuated and all 282 passengers and 18 crew are reported to be safe and uninjured.

Alex Macheras, an aviation analyst, says the aircraft must have been involved in a serious incident to cause it to crash-land.
