Raab served in the British Cabinet as Secretary of State for Exiting the European Union in 2018, until his resignation. That role was otherwise known as Brexit Secretary.
Thomas Georg John Tugendhat MBE VR is a British Conservative Party politician serving as Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee since 2017. He has been the Member of Parliament for Tonbridge and Malling since 2015.
An Arabic speaker, Tugendhat served in the British Army’s Intelligence Corps for several years, during wars with Iraq and Afghanistan.
