Sydney COVID-19: New restrictions have just kicked-off to curb an alarming increase in COVID-19 cases in Sydney.
Households can now only have five visitors at a time, including children.
Masks must be worn indoors, even at workplaces, but not at home or outdoors.
Social distancing returns.
Everyone must sit down at hospitality venues.
Singing and dancing is banned everywhere, except for wedding bridal parties.
Numbers are limited at gym classes and outdoor events.
Anyone in Sydney’s seven council hotspots, City of Sydney, Woollahra, Bayside, Canada Bay, Inner West and Randwick, can’t leave Greater Sydney except for essential travel.
