Coronavirus: UK PM ‘hoping for return to normality’ by Christmas

Boris Johnson has told employers in England that it’s up to them to tell staff whether to come back to work – while ending the advice not to use public transport. (Subscribe: https://bit.ly/C4_News_Subscribe)

It’s all part of Mr Johnson’s aim to return England to “some sort of normality” by Christmas.

But unions accused him of “passing the buck” to employers, while his own experts are taking a far more cautious view on any return to work.
