Qinghai Province, in the northeast of the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau, is the source of three rivers: the Yangtze, Yellow, and Lancang. It’s known as the “water tower of Asia.” In August 2016 and June 2021, President Xi Jinping visited Qinghai when he called to protect its ecological environment. Today, Qinghai is moving beyond the source of the three rivers, welcoming guests from all over the world.
