South China Morning Post published this video item, entitled “China’s herd of rare Asian elephants heads north again after moving south” – below is their description.
A herd of Asian elephants in China that travelled over 500km (310 miles) north from its original habitat near Xishuangbanna in 2020 is back on the move. The elephants were heading towards Kunming city in Yunnan province but have since turned southwest. They are now heading north again and experts believe the elephants are on the lookout for a suitable new home.
