    Video footage showed the moment a woman was saved from dangerous floodwater in Zhengzhou after days of torrential rain and flooding hit China’s Henan province. Thousands have been forced to evacuate their homes after river banks burst, overwhelming dams and the public transport system. At least 12 people have been killed in the provincial capital, Zhengzhou.
