China coronavirus death toll exceeds 80

China’s premier is meeting the head of the World Health Organization to figure out a way to contain the spread of the new novel coronavirus, (2019-nCoV).
The talks come after Li Keqiang visited Wuhan – the epicentre of the outbreak – as the death toll rose to 81.
The government announced it is putting aside $9bn to fight the virus.
