    Dominic Cummings has said it was “completely crackers” that Boris Johnson was in charge and that thousands of people in the country could provide better leadership than the Prime Minister.

    The PM’s former aide said the fact people had to choose between Mr Johnson and Jeremy Corbyn in the last election indicated a political system that had “gone extremely, extremely badly wrong”.
