    US President Joe Biden is heading to the United Kingdom as part of his first official trip abroad.

    The 10-day trip to Europe will take in NATO and G7 summits and talks with Russia’s Vladimir Putin in Switzerland.

    As Al Jazeera’s Alan Fisher reports from the White House, it is a chance for Biden to show other world leaders that the United States values its partners and allies – after four rocky years under Donald Trump.
