1.1 million people were murdered by the Nazis at Auschwitz. Around 2,000 survivors remain, among them 99-year-old Gold Coast resident David “Dickie” Groenteman.

Eight decades on from the war, he’s sharing his story in a new podcast, ‘The Flying Dutchman’.
