At least seven people died and 120 were rescued after a passenger vessel caught fire off the Philippine province of Quezon on Monday, the coast guard said. It was carrying 124 passengers and 10 crew members when it left Polillo Island at around 5 a.m. A search and rescue operation is underway for the missing individuals. #Philippine #vessel
