    As Covid cases in England rose, the country lifted nearly all restrictions on Monday. Dubbed “Freedom Day,” July 19 was selected as a reopening day. Masks are largely voluntary, nightclubs are open and capacity restrictions have been abolished. But, as much of the country celebrated, U.K. PM Boris Johnson announced he’d self-isolate for 10 days after exposure to Covid-19.
