Bloomberg Quicktake published this video item, entitled “Anti-Monarchy Protesters Jeer as King Charles Visits UK Parliament” – below is their description.
Anti-monarchy protesters lined Whitehall in London on Tuesday, November 7, as King Charles III’s carriage passed by on its way to the Houses of Parliament for the annual opening.
Footage recorded by Republic, an anti-monarchy group, shows protesters waving signs reading “Not My King” and booing the king’s carriage.
The traditional speech opening parliament was King Charles’s first since becoming monarch.
