A second Chinese warship is on its way to Australia, as the Talisman Sabre continues in North Queensland. More than 17,000 Australian and US troops are participating in live fire drills today, while members of the Australian Defence Force are in Cairns commemorating the crew on board the Catalina A24-50, who never returned from their WWII mission to Indonesia.
