Ingredients
240g / 8½oz water
380g / 13½oz Strong white bread flour
100g / 3½oz Rolled porridge oats
60g / 2oz Honey
30g / 1oz Butter
1tbl Brown sugar
2½tsp Dried yeast or 25g / 1oz of fresh yeast
1½tsp kosher salt or 1tsp Table salt
2 large eggs: beaten
You’ll also need flour for dusting, egg wash, & oats for sprinkling
