A metaphor for the House and FACEIT’s newly launched Gucci Gaming Academy, as well as a nod to founder Guccio Gucci’s beginnings, a film directed by Tom Newman portrays the influence of such a figure. From his very first day on the job at the FPL hotel, a place where esports professionals move in and out of, the Bellhop is guided through the steps to success by Mr. Bardolph, who in reality is an esports commentator. Each task is a lesson learned, until that one day he reaches his dreams.
Envisioned to empower young esports talents while creating a healthier playing and competition environment, Gucci Gaming Academy is a development program providing support through dedicated coaching sessions, teamwork activities, and mental health resources.
