Bodycam footage shows New York State Trooper Francis Rush diving into a pond and saving an unconscious man from drowning on August 17. Authorities said the driver accidentally crashed into the pond after suffering a medical emergency. The driver was revived and treated at the scene before he was taken to a hospital for further medical attention.
