L&C Report: A Man serving 31 years of 90 Year Cannabis Sentence, Hopes for Release Soon

In this video, we learn of Richard Delisi, who could be released December 4 2020, after serving 31 years for smuggling 100 lbs of cannabis. He was originally convicted in 1989.

Today on Law&Crime Report:

The dramatic Erica Stefanko trial has ended. She has been found guilty of helping murder her ex-husband’s ex-girlfriend.

Also, a 90-yer marijuana sentence. Richard Delisi is serving the longest sentence for nonviolent cannabis charge, smuggled 100 lbs of cannabis from Colombia, was convicted in 1989. Delisi has served 31 years and could be released on December 4. Advocates who are trying to ed cannabis sentences are supporting Delisi.

And a Charles Manson Follower is denied parole.

In This Story: Erica Stefanko

Erica Stefanko, 37, is accused of being a part of the murder of  Ashley Nicole Biggs, 25, which took place on June 20, 2012.

Stefanko was married to Chad Cobb, who had fathered a child with Biggs. Cobb confessed to killing Biggs, and pleaded guilty to her murder in 2013.

Stefanko is accused of being a part of the murder.  Investigators claim that a female caller lured Biggs – a Domino’s pizza delivery driver – to an empty business premises, where she was killed by Cobb. That caller, they allege, was Stefanko.

The trial continues.
