Is Fox News ACTUALLY fake news? A group called WASHLITE argues yes, saying the extent to which Fox News downplayed COVID-19’s severity indicates they failed as a “news” source. Fox argues they are entitled to the protection of free speech and press provisions of the First Amendment.
