In July 2016, 15-year-old Natasha Ednan-Laperouse suffered a fatal allergic reaction on board a flight to Nice, after eating an ‘inadequately labelled’ Pret a Manger baguette. Since then, her parents have continued to fight for ‘Natasha’s Law’ – which calls for mandatory allergen labelling on all pre-packaged food. Today, Environment Secretary Michael Gove announced that Natasha’s Law will be put into place this summer. And, after meeting Tanya and Nadim Ednan-Laperouse as they flew back to the UK with their daughter’s body – Sarah, Duchess of York has been vocal in her support for the couple. In her first ever This Morning appearance, Sarah Ferguson joins us alongside Tanya and Nadim to talk about uniting to ensure other lives can be saved.
