Clearing Up Travel Confusion: Can We Still Go Abroad? | This Morning

This Morning published this video item, entitled “Clearing Up Travel Confusion: Can We Still Go Abroad? | This Morning” – below is their description.

It’s been just three days since the ban on international travel was lifted, but the government’s advice on holidays has already descended into chaos. Lord Bethell, a government health minister, has contradicted official government advice by claiming all travelling is “dangerous” and that people should “stay in this country”. The Prime Minister, Boris Johnson has also warned people not to holiday in amber list countries, despite other ministers saying this was acceptable if you follow the quarantine rules on your return. So should you stay, or should you go? And with reports that some holiday providers are refusing to refund bookings to amber countries, how do you get your money back? Our travel expert Simon Calder joins us to talk through the latest, and take viewer calls.
