An LAPD spokesperson tells ET Anne Heche is being investigated for driving under the influence when she crashed into a home and was left in a coma with severe injuries. The actress could face serious charges for the hit and run, including a felony traffic DUI. Before the car wreck, Anne was filming a passion project, ‘Girl in Room 13,’ set to air in September on Lifetime. ET spoke with the film’s director, Elisabeth Rohm, and Anne’s co-star, Larissa Dias, in the wake of her extreme critical condition.
