Feb.26 — Convicted film producer Harvey Weinstein believes he is innocent and that his name will be cleared, according to his lawyer Arthur Aidala. Weinstein, 67, was found guilty of a criminal sexual act, with a maximum sentence of 25 years, and third-degree rape for forcing oral sex on two women whom prosecutors said he lured with promises of career advancement. Aidala spoke yesterday as Weinstein remained in a jail unit at Bellevue Hospital, New York.
