Unilever CEO Jope: ‘Dream of Mine’ to Have a Diverse Successor

Jul.24 — Alan Jope, chief executive officer of Unilever, says the beauty and personal care goods company still has a lot of learning to do regarding diversity and tackling racial injustice. Speaking to Bloomberg’s Annmarie Hordern, Jope also says it’s a dream of his that his successor be a woman or from an ethnic minority background. The CEO also spoke on diversity starting from the top of a company and says that young people are the drivers of the change people want to see.
