Commonwealth Financial Network Chief Investment Officer Brad McMillan joins Yahoo Finance Live anchors Brad Smith and Seana Smith to break down what investors should focus on. Though rising yields above 4% spur fears for many, McMillan says stock valuations historically do well until about 5%. McMillan also sees positives like more savings to spend outweighing mortgage refi impacts, stating “This is going to end up being a positive”.
