Rochdale abuse report: Almost 100 individuals still pose potential ‘risk to children’

Channel 4 News published this video item, entitled “Rochdale abuse report: Almost 100 individuals still pose potential ‘risk to children’” – below is their description.

The 173 pages make grim reading for Rochdale Council, the Crown Prosecution Service and Greater Manchester Police, which today issued an apology over its multiple failed investigations.

The official report found a series of serious policing failures had left children “at the mercy” of grooming gangs in Rochdale and identified 96 men still considered a potential threat to girls.

Warning: This report contains distressing testimony.
