Meanwhile, landslides and floods have washed away roads, livestock and destroyed homes in Tanzania. The head of the IFRC’s Kenya and Somalia delegation Mohamed Babiker is in Nairobi and tells The World’s Beverley O’Connor there was little warning of the intense rainfall.
