Former soldier and Defence Policy Advisor Dr Glenn Kolomeitz has broken his silence on the Bell Boeing V-22 Osprey tiltrotor aircraft which claimed the lives of three US military personnel, and seriously injured five others after crashing on the Tiwi Islands near Darwin on Sunday.
