We start with breaking news from the Turkish capital where a suicide bomber has detonated a device in the heart of the city.
The blast was followed by gunfire outside the Ministry of Interior and parliament buildings.
At least two police officers have been injured.
The interior minister says two people were responsible for the attack.
One of them was killed on the scene while the other blew himself up.
Police have closed off the area.

And Ahmet Keser is the head of Political Science and International Relations at Hasan Kalyoncu University
He was also a Colonel in the Turkish Army and joins us from Ankara.
