Foodie memoir, ‘A Slice of Fried Gold’ is recipes woven with stories from Nick’s life, including the years spent working in a restaurant, the very place he met his best friend, Simon Pegg. Nick joins us to share his love letter to food and the story behind his traumatic hatred for custard.
