Desperate journeys: Rescued at sea, refugees detail abuse in Libya

The 1951 Refugee Convention defines and outlines the rights of refugees and the legal obligations countries have to protect them.
Libya is one of the countries that has not signed the convention. The concern is, that leaves refugees even more at risk.
