New Zealand will be making six changes to the side that beat Ireland last week as they have named their squad to face Wales.
Mealamu is back following his two week ban, while Nonu takes a rest to be replaced at centre by Sonny Bill Williams.
Wales are looking for their first victory in this series of Autumn Internationals while the All Blacks have just this match to win to complete a Grand Slam of Autumn victories.
Wales v New Zealand takes place on Saturday, 27th November 2010, in the Millennium Stadium, Cardiff. Kick-Off is 17:15 GMT.
