If you were born between 1965 and 1980 and you’ve been struggling to sleep recently, there might be a reason as to why. According to one author, that generation of women, know as Generation X, who are now entering midlife – millions of them are going through a ‘sleep crisis’, as they were the first to be told they could ‘have it all’ – and now many of them feel like failures if they think they haven’t got that. Today, we’ll be discussing whether any of our women struggle to get to sleep and what keeps them awake at night.
