UK General Election 2010: [Video] Liberal Democrat Leader Nick Clegg Speaks

Liberal Democrat leader, Nick Clegg, speaks following the hung parliament result in the 2010 UK General Election.

During the speech, Clegg states that the Conservative Party, by winning the election, “has the first right” to form a Government, either on its own, or in coalition with another party, effectively opening the door for discussions with David Cameron.

Gordon Brown, the Labour Prime Minister, has also offered Clegg the opportunity of a coalition.
