On February 12, 2020, the Stanford King Center on Global Development welcomed Matt Bannick to speak as part of the center’s Speaker Series. Bannick is the former managing partner of Omidyar Network, a philanthropic venture capital firm, and a former member of eBay Inc.’s executive staff where served in a number of senior executive roles, including as president of eBay International and president of Paypal. He is now a lecturer at the Stanford Graduate School of Business (GSB). Kenneth Singleton, The Adams Distinguished Professor of Management, Emeritus, at the GSB moderated the Q&A segment.
