Stockpiling Superheroes Giving Coronavirus Products to Elderly

The UK’s This Morning show reports on “stockpiling superheroes” who are helping their community out in these troubled times:

With confirmed coronavirus cases in the UK now over 1000, Health Secretary Matt Hancock has warned that all citizens over 70 will soon be asked to self-isolate for an extended period of time. At 79-years-old, Dame Esther Rantzen has already decided to take this drastic step and joins us from isolation in her home in the New Forest this morning. But what does this mean for millions out there? And is our government doing enough? Dr Sara and virologist Professor Paul Hunter are here to guide us through the latest.

We also meet shopkeepers Asiyah and Jawed Javed who are putting their stockpiling efforts to good-use by handing out free cleaning and sanitising products to elderly locals. They join us live from their Cornershop in Falkirk, Scotland to tell us how they’re working hard to keep spirits up.
