What a finish – Cheltenham Festival winner Nichols Canyon and Unowhatimeanharry battle it out down the Punchestown straight in a fantastic edition of the Ladbrokes Champion Stayers Hurdle at the Punchestown Festival.
Beaten in the Sun Bets Stayers’ Hurdle when favourite last time out, the remarkable Unowhatiomeanharry resumes the winning thread in spectacular style at Punchestown, holding on to repel Nichols Canyon in another fantastic finish at the meeting under jockey Noel Fehily for trainer Harry Fry.
In the last two season, Unowhatimeanharry has won nine times from 10 starts and secured three victories at Grade 1 level.
