DEAUVILLE LEGEND lands thrilling Bahrain Trophy | Racing TV

Racing TV published this video item, entitled “DEAUVILLE LEGEND lands thrilling Bahrain Trophy | Racing TV” – below is their description.

Deauville Legend lands a breakthrough success for rider Danny Muscutt, his first Group success, with a thrilling victory in the £200,000 Bahrain Trophy on the opening day of the Moet & Chandon July Festival at Newmarket.

Trainer James Ferguson was also toasting a notable success with the rider he says is a very good friend although the Newmarket handler seemed reluctant to state future targets after victory here – hot on the heels of a strong run at Royal Ascot.

Could Deauvillr Legend head Down Under at some point – and even be a potential Melbourne Cup contender? Ferguson certainly seemed keen enough on the idea when talking to Racing TV’s Lydia Hislop, although the decision will lie with international owner K K Ho.
