Put The Kettle On was a surprise winner, at odds of 16/1, beating the challenge of Joesph O’Brien’s Fakir D’oudairies. The winner, a mare, stayed on dourly under a confident ride from Aidan Coleman for trainer Henry De Bromhead, who also saddled the slightly disappointing favourite, Notebook, who never really got going (finished 6th).
