The draw for the 2011/12 English FA Cup with Budweiser was made on the evening of Sunday 29th January 2012.

Matches will take place on Saturday 18th February 2012.

2. Everton v Blackpool or Sheffield Wednesday
3. Chelsea v Birmingham City
4. Crawley Town v Stoke City
5. Stevenage v Tottenham Hotspur
6. Norwich City v Leicester City
7. Sunderland or Middlesbrough v Arsenal
8. Millwall or Southampton v Bolton Wanderers

Fourth Round replay matches Middlesbrough v Sunderland, Southampton v Millwall and Sheffield Wednesday v Blackpool shall take place on the evening of Tuesday 7th February 2012.

The FA Cup Fifth Round matches above are scheduled to be played on the afternoon of Saturday 18th February 2012. Matches are to kick-off at 15:00 GMT.
