Jack Grealish reveals the SECRET behind his CALVES | Uncut

What’s the secret behind Jack Grealish’s massive calves?

Jack Grealish has calves that look like Popeye post-spinach! So how does he achieve this incredible muscular leg look? Premier League interviewed Man City’s star to find out all about his leg days, in this video.

This is not the first item to hit the internet devoted to Jack Grealish’s calves though – last year, in November 2021, we learned that someone had printed a calendar devoted to the lower legs of England’s most expensive player. Kevin Beresford from Redditch, UK, made a calendar entitled “Wonderful World of Jack Grealish’s Calves” which featured 12 pics of the star’s chunky lower-leg muscles.

This activity has inspired a variety of copy-cat action – have a look at Amazon.co.uk for Jack Grealish calves and you will find a variety of calendars with this very subject as the only focus.

Premier League published this video item, entitled “Jack Grealish reveals the SECRET behind his CALVES | Uncut” – below is their description.

On this week’s episode of Uncut, Elz catches up with @Man City and England star Jack Grealish. We find out what his Premier League Ultimate Teammate would look like, what he thinks his One To Watch item will look like by the end of the season and the secret behind his famous calf muscles.

As well as the secret to his calf muscles, he also reveals what he thought about inheriting the Number 10 shirt from Sergio Aguero, and what it was like joining Manchester City in general.

What is Jack Grealish’s Calf Training Routine?

He says… nothing. He says his granddad played football and had big calves; he even says his mum has big calves. He therefore attributes his large lower legs to genetics.

What do you think? Do you believe Grealish does no extra work to maintain those chunky calves? Leave your thoughts in the comments section, below. Please note comments are moderated before publication.
