Following the weekend’s FA Cup 2011 Fourth Round ties, there are four Barclays Premier League fixtures scheduled for the evening of Tuesday 1st February 2011.

Arsenal v Everton – Kick-Off (GMT) 19:45
Arsenal could use a win this evening to maintain their title hopes: they sit second, five points adrift of Manchester United, who face a difficult match at home to Aston Villa tonight.
Everton, however, require at least a point to push towards the top half of the table, as they find themselves in unfamiliar territory down in 14th in the league, just five points from the bottom three. Tim Cahill is back with the squad, but may be rested after his Asian Cup Final appearance on Saturday (Australia lost 1-0 to Japan AET).
Sunderland v Chelsea – Kick-Off (GMT) 19:45
Chelsea have ten points to find on Manchester United if they are to retain their crown, which means they must win tricky games such as this one at Sunderland’s Stadium of Light.
Chelsea will not be able to field their two big signings, Torres and David Luiz, as they were not registered in time under Premier League rules.
Sunderland’s new signing, Stephane Sessegnon, is eligible to play, however, and the Wearsiders will be hoping for at least a point to consolidate thesixth place they currently occupy. A win for Sunderland would see them trail Chelsea by just one point in the league.
Man Utd v Aston Villa – Kick-Off (GMT) 20:00
Manchester United face the difficult prospect of a visit to Old Trafford of the resurgent Aston Villa, who have won two matches in succession in the Premier League since signing Darren Bent from Sunderland.
Bent is likely to return to the starting line-up fresh from being cup-tied in the FA Cup.
Ferdinand and Rafael are expected to return for Man Utd, though Carrick remains doubtful with his ankle injury.
West Brom v Wigan – Kick-Off (GMT) 20:00
West Brom have slid down the league of late, making this match with Wigan a relegation battle – Wigan are at the top of the drop zone, just three points behind the Baggies, who sit 16th.
New Wigan loan signing, Carlos Vela, of Arsenal, looks likely to start this match.
