Football: Barclays Premier League Fixtures, Saturday 27th November 2010

There are eight Barclays Premier League football matches scheduled for the afternoon of Saturday 27th November 2010, including a number of key clashes at the top and bottom of the league table.

In the day’s early kick-off, Aston Villa face Arsenal at Villa Park with both sides looking for a win to keep their season on course for expectations. Both sides have had more than a little wobble this season, though Villa looked strong enough against Man Utd last time to be worth at least a point from this home fixture against this Arsenal outfit which can sometimes struggle to get the goals their possession appears to warrant.

Man Utd face Blackburn with the top of the table – at least until tomorrow – beckoning for them, if they can pick up three points in this home match at Old Trafford. Wayne Rooney is back, as he confirmed with a penalty on Wednesday, and United look like they have enough guns to deal with their local rivals today.
