Liverpool Vs Arsenal Highlights
The Carabao Cup tie between Liverpool and Arsenal at Anfield saw a bore-draw as the Gunners were able to stifle Liverpool’s strong attacking instincts, despite seeing Xhaka sent off early in the match.
Liverpool without their talisman, Mo Salah, who’s on AFCON duties for Egypt, put out an understrength looking side, but will be disappointed that dominating possession led to only one shot on target in the 90 minutes; with 16 wayward strikes proving far from good enough.
The second leg will be held in London, where the Gunners will be hoping for a little more of the ball.
