RB Leipzig were on course for a comfortable victory in their bid for Champions League qualification. Brilliant goals from Kevin Kampl and TImo Werner gave the Saxony side a two-goal cushion in the second half, but Fortuna fought back and scored twice in the closing stages to complete an incredible late comeback. It was a big statement from Düsseldorf in the relegation battle, while Leipzig’s Champions League place is still not secure.
